    Through a combination of gentle movement, conscious breathing techniques, and guided meditation, this practice from Austin-based instructor Kate Waitzkin is designed to help you relax and get centered before you hit the festival grounds. If this is your jam, also join Kate at goop’s first fitness experience in Austin: goop League, on October 12-13, at the LINE hotel. Kate will be teaching classes alongside ten of the country’s top fitness instructors for a day of mind-body-alignment (and a really good sweat).
